Stimulus includes built-in
Help, providing quick access to instructions,
answers to frequently asked questions, and troubleshooting
tips from within the Stimulus application, so please
refer to it first before contacting customer support.
To report any technical problems, comments,
feature requests or bugs that you have encountered, please
click the special e-mail link below to fill out the pre-formatted
form in your default e-mail application. Please provide
as many details as possible, so that we can assist you
quickly and efficiently. Registered customers are entitled
to unlimited e-mail support.
Our customer support team usually responds to e-mail inquiries within 1 to 3 days, although most requests
receive replies the same day. If you are a registered
software customer and do not receive a response after 3
days, then
we encourage you to resubmit your request at that time
(since e-mail does occasionally get lost in the Internet).
